How to install a simple no time:
1. Change the file extension to mp4. Example: ***. VPK -> **. Mp4
2. Use File QCMA offline to move to the next mp4 video section of Vita memory card
3. In Vita you to molecularShell -> ux0: -> video / -> Click the triangle to the mp4 file transferred from the computer medium and select Move, find VPK / and Paste here
4. Rename the file to mp4 for VPK and installations

How to Update Ps Vita under 3.60 to 3.60?
CARA UPDATE KE 3.60 (BUKAN DOWNGRADE YA...)
1. Install Qcma (sampai beres)
2. Sambungkan Vita ke Pc melalui usb.
"jika vita tidak terbaca qcma restart pc anda"
"jika sudah terbaca, lanjut ke tahap selanjutnya"
3. Buka Libraries/Documents
dan Copy folder "PSV Updates"
4. Aktifkan mode pesawat di perangkat Vita (WAJIB HARUS DI CEK LAGI SEBELUM MELANJUTKAN)
5. Klik kanan pada Qcma, dan refresh database. "jika vita anda terdekteksi lanjut ke tahap selanjutnya"
6. Pilih setting di dalam vita > System Update > Update from PC
"PASTIKAN VERSI YANG TAMPIL ADALAH 3.60"
7. INSTALL UPDATE!!!!
